Asia Member Care Conference
The Asia Member Care Network is a loose network of people working in Asia as Care Providers for those in non-government and humanitarian organizations. Membership is by participation in the bi-annual conference as well as country-specific meetings. Members agree and sign the network Code of Conduct and the Best Practice document. Hosted by Barbanas International in Malaysia.
European Member Care Consultation
The European Member Care Consultation is a biannual conference held in Europe that focuses on supporting missionaries, member care providers, agency leaders, and Christian workers. It is organized by Member Care Europe. The conference provides networking, training, and resources to strengthen member care across the continent. The conference addresses relational, emotional, and spiritual challenges in ministry.
Comibam Congress: Member Care Track
El Congreso COMIBAM (Ibero-American Missionary Cooperation Congress) convenes around 1,600 evangelical leaders, pastors, missionaries, representatives of mission agencies, and around 120 Member Care professionals from across Ibero-America, including Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, representing 24 countries. The congress is held every five years as a four-day conference conducted in Spanish and hosted in a Latin American nation.
The program features a dedicated Member Care track that explores Member Care practice from Latin American and broader Ibero-American contextual perspectives.
Global Member Care Conference
The Global Member Care Network hosts a triannual conference in various global locations, such as Africa, Asia, and South America. The focus is on equipping, networking, and resourcing multicultural professionals to support missionaries and international workers. Conference themes address critical issues like mental health, trauma, crisis response, culturally appropriate models of care, and member care strategies for diverse, cross-cultural teams. Designed for member care practitioners, mission leaders, pastors, counselors, and HR professionals working with international organizations.
MC² Midwest Care Connexion Conference
The aim of MC², a two-day conference, is to inform, inspire, and educate the church – including laity, pastors, leaders, mission coordinators, and mission committee members – in providing effective care to their overseas cross-cultural servants and their families. For 18 years, it has been held annually in Minnesota in February by MissionWorks. Speakers and workshop leaders include local church leaders, national mission leaders, and missionary care professionals. We have served church leaders, members, mission agency care personnel, and many others who choose to attend.
North American Conferences
Mental Health & Missions Conference
An annual conference held in Texas in November by Christian mental health professionals who serve Christian missionaries. The attendees gather for fellowship, networking, and professional development with a focus on the mental health of Christian missionaries and their families. While the conference is intended for mental health professionals, member care personnel and leaders from mission agencies are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Pastoral Training in Member Care
The PTM Conference is unique among member care conferences. For anyone involved in caring for global workers. We train pastors, clinical counselors, field workers, teachers, life coaches, organization heads, church members, and full-time member care providers—all can benefit from our pastoral approach to training in member care. An annual conference held in October, hosted by Barbanas International in North Carolina.
International Third Cultural Kid Conference A hub
A conference for international Third Cultural Kids. Whether you are attending as an Adult Third Cultural Kid, a parent of TCKs, a caregiver/ teacher/ therapist of TCKs, a leader of an organisation that includes TCKs – you are welcome! We share global initiatives, resources, and research – with a focus on equipping under-resourced regions and global TCKs. You are invited to GATHER – SHARE – CARE as we expand the TCK story. Hosted by Interaction International. Held biannually in select global locations.
Missio Nexus Mission Leaders Conference: Member Care Track
The Mission Leaders Conference is the premier annual gathering hosted by Missio Nexus , the largest evangelical mission network in North America. The conference serves as a "practitioners' conference" rather than an academic one, focusing on the execution of the Great Commission through collaboration between mission agencies and local churches. Held each September for three days, with around 1,000 people in attendance, it fosters collaboration and networking, aiming to advance global evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. There is a Member Care track that focuses exclusively on workshops expanding the practice of Member Care in the North American missions arena.
